Alerus connection STILL doesn’t work (FDP-103)
I started a thread back in August 2025 and many people reported the same problem. The thread was simply closed without an explanation. How frustrating to wait half a year for a resolution only to find out nobody even has it on their radar. Please open that thread and actually assign a technical owner.

Thank you for reaching out! Reviewing that previous thread, I can see that an alert was created to track the issue. That alert shows that the issue was resolved in January.
Since you are still getting a FDP-103 error when attempting to connect/reconnect your account, please try connecting using this connection option: Alliance Benefit Group.
