Account balances are still doubled (edited)
I deleted the random transactions that Quicken added to all of my non-financial accounts.
This fixed the issue in the sense that my amounts were correct again…. and then about a week later quicken set all of of those accounts to $0 by deleting all of my transactions. I can not fix them at all now.
Further, I logged 5-6 attempts w support all but 1 or 2 ended with a hang up basically on chat. This is super frustrating since over chat - there is no reason to 'hang up'. this lost all context and I was forced to restate the issue over and over to the tune of hours of time.
It seems very simple for Quicken to look at the time stamp for when all my non-financial accounts went to $0, when they added the transactions and when I took them out - or just undo it all? I rarely change the non-financial accounts - so it should be easy - but this support has been a debacle - right in the middle of tax season….

I have uploaded screen shots - ticket number 12206508 - you chat support is absolutely useless. I just got ran around in circles 5-6 times and it appears they never escalated anything and ultimately its worse than useless because they take forever to respond so every session to get nowhere take 30-60 minutes. Worse is that they hang up, and users are forced to basically re-explain everything - its a just great way to piss off customers…. so frustrating.

How long will this take - I understand its a 5 minute fix for some users - all I need is the transacations restored.

I can';t fix it myself also - no transactions I add fix the problem.
