    Hi Natalie - thanks for working this. I'm assuming you're already tracking this, but with BILT 2.0, we aren't given Cardless account log-ins. While Cardless handles the account servicing and transaction processing, our access - at least on the front-end - is limited to viewing through our BILT account. Not sure if that changes your approach.

    I'll add that other financial aggregators are offering the ability to connect through Plaid, but it seems they're connecting to BILT rather than Cardless.

    Cardless is now available via Plaid in Quicken Simplifi.

    However, upon researching further, our engineering team learned that the Bilt card is actually issued by Column N.A., which is also available via Plaid.

    With that, please let us know how it goes with connecting your Bilt cards via the new Cardless bank option!

    Hi Natalie - as previously mentioned, BILT 2.0 users do not have Cardless (or Column) log-ins. I was able to select add account, find Cardless, use my number to authenticate, but then it brings me to a Cardless log-in page.

    Thank you for the information! For this part of what you stated—"but then it brings me to a Cardless log-in page"—I presume you are referring to within Quicken Simplifi, correct? Are you able to sign into cardless.com directly and access your Bilt card, or are you restricted to just using biltrewards.com to access the card?

    We need a full understanding of the login experience to send this back to Plaid, requesting that integration with Bilt be added via the Cardless or Column bank options, or via its own bank option.

    @Coach Natalie we are restricted to just using biltrewards.com for login, but Simplifi directs us to Cardless login.

    Natalie - to answer your questions in order, yes, no, yes. If you take a look at those Reddit links I provided in the earlier post on this thread, it looks like folks that use Monarch were able to connect to their BILT transactions through Plaid, without Cardless or Column as an intermediary.

    Thank you so much for working through this relatively quickly. Echoing what others have said about the connection needing to go directly to biltrewards.com - as we don’t have Cardless logins for the BILT 2.0 cards! Thank you.

  • Yep same! Looks like Bilt was added (biltrewards.com) and it all linked perfectly.

    One question I had: for transactions before the connection was made, do I have to add them manually?

    confirming here that I was also just now able to connect via Plaid. Well done Quicken team for getting this done so quickly!

    wow to echo everyone else, that was handled so quickly and so well! Thank you @Coach Natalie! Props to you and your engineering team.


    My quicken annual subscription was due up next week and I was seriously considering my renewal based on this bank/credit card not being linked. Really appreciate it!

    Simplifi adds the connection and BILT fixing the TPG 5x bonus all in one night? Things are turning around for this card!

    I was able to connect to BILT but no transactions showed up, this morning I am seeing this error:

    Account needs attention(Care code: INSTITUTION_NOT_RESPONDING)We are unable to connect to Bilt Rewards at this time. Please try again later.

    I came in to a message from our engineering team this morning that Bilt Rewards had been added. Great news that everyone was able to connect!

    For any other issues with the connection, we will ask that users create a new post for each issue so proper troubleshooting can ensue.
