Real Estate Business
It's great to see that the Business side of Simplifi got more functions of the Clients & Projects, which are great for freelancers.
However, Simplifi lacks depth for real estate investors. The Clients & Projects do not align with rental business too well. The project for us is often a "remodel" project that we gradually pays out. The expenses categories needs to have Capital Investment, and potentially more details in depreciation.

Thank you for your feedback! It seems like you have a lot of ideas for Quicken Business & Personal! You can always create individual idea posts for any ideas that don't already exist that you would like to see in the application. Our FAQ has more information here:
You can also create new Business Expense categories by navigating to Settings > Categories & Tags and selecting '+ Category' in the top right corner.
