Entering Transactions from Dashboard on Mobile App (edited)

So.. I found that I could do this thru the 'New' button on the 'Transactions' page…

Is there any way to configure the dashboard so that it provides an 'Add Transaction' button or something like that to make it easier and more accessible?

The Quicken mobile app does this using a nice '+' button on it's home screen…
