ExxonMobil Savings Plan "You have already added all your accounts"

Same problem with Voya.
I have tried several of the Voya logins with the same result. It says the account has already been connected.
It lists the account under settings, but no sub accounts under it.
The account has regular activity every month.
If I log out of Simplifi and log back in, it no longer shows the account in the settings tab. If I add it again, same error message.

Thanks for reaching out! After researching on my side, I discovered that ExxonMobil Savings Plan is currently unsupported in Quicken Simplifi. It is listed in our Unsupported Banks list here:

That's actually a good answer. I appreciate it. At least I know it's not something I'm doing wrong, so I can quit beating my head against the wall trying to get it to work. lol
Since it's a retirement account, it's not a big deal that I can't connect it to Simplifi. It's one of those convenient, would be nice to have, things; but doesn't impact my day-to-day finances.
