How to set the next invoice number?

is there a setting that controls which invoice number QB&P will assign next?

    See. This is a question. But since I don't use B&P, I don't know the answer. But someone who does will answer your question soon. I went ahead and rejected my "answer". 😄 Sorry about this silly post. I couldn't resist.

    It was a great question and got me thinking, and will help other users I bet!

    @Mortimer Duke, thanks for posting your inquiry to the Community!

    It looks like invoice numbers go in sequential order by default. Once you select a client or project, though, you can manually change the invoice number.

    If you'd like to see a different design implemented for invoice number assignments, I'd recommend creating an Idea post so other users can vote on your suggestion and our product team can review it.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
