REI Mastercard (Capital One) not showing credit limit, available credit
After a recent update, all but one of my credit cards show very useful balance and credit information just below the account header, like this:
But my REI Mastercard (a Capital One card), does not show that info.
Is this caused by a limitation on data imposed by Capital One? Or is it an oversight that can be corrected by Simplifi?

Hello @DryHeat,
Thanks for reaching out! We receive this information via aggregation from the financial institution itself. Some financial institutions will differ on what fields we receive/show in Quicken Simplifi. We will not show fields for which we do not receive information.
I hope this helps clear up any confusion!

Deleted message: wrong place.
But since it is too late, I'll just say that 2/5 of my cards don't have anything but two work fine: AmEx and Chase.
I don't have a Capital One Credit Card, but judging from Capital One Banking, I am not surprised. They don't download pending transactions, and when they do clear, they update the balance and get around to downloading the cleared transaction later.

@DryHeat, my Cap One Quicksilver card also doesn't show the credit utilization, so they must not provide this.

Thanks for the confirmation that you also don't see credit limit for Cap One cards.
I suppose this is a limitation imposed by Cap One.

Hey, thanks for noticing this and your feedback! I'm on the team who worked on the feature, and we're working through how we can improve situations like this.
Several other users have requested the ability to be able to manually enter or edit any of this data, especially for cards that don't provide it from their FI. Do you think this is functionality you would considering using? (i.e. being able to manually enter your Credit Limit, so that we could calculate and display your usage and remaining credit).1 -

Yes.
I usually avoid manual operations because I don't want to have to keep up with them. But this is different. It would rarely need to be touched. My credit limit on a card often remains static for years.

Perfect, thanks! This is definitely helpful as we explore manual entry for this feature. 👍️
