Quicken Will Not Change to "Bank Balance"

Hello! I've been trying to change my bank settings to show "bank balance" instead of "balance w/ pending" as balance with pending doesn't calculate correctly with Ally Bank. For example, if I have $200 in my account and have $100 pending, quicken will show that I have $0 in my account. This is because quicken is pulling in my available balance from Ally which is already the balance with pending. So, quicken is double-counting pending transactions.

Since quicken is pulling from the available balance and not the current balance from Ally, I would like for to display "bank balance" and not "balance with pending". However, the setting never changes. As shown below, I have it set to bank balance…

but on the transaction page it shows "balance w/ pending"

I have reset the connection and nothing changes. I'm really trying to avoid clearing the cache cause that seems to be the solution every time I have a quicken issue and it's annoying have to sign into every single other account I have elsewhere because of quicken. Any help appreciated!
