As a retiree, I have certain fixed income items that I can add easily but in addition to my fixed income, in order to meet IRS requirements (minimum withdrawals from IRAs) or to meet cash flow needs, I need to transfer cash from investment accounts and they are either taxable income or non-taxable income and vary from month-to-month.  There is currently no way to enter these in the budget/spend plan that I can find and make sense of.

[removed], I haven't seen any comments on this.  I can't be your only retiree that needs this.

You are not the only one. Projected Balances and Spending Plan can't seem to handle the case where you are making withdrawls to cover cash flow needs but have no "regular" periodic income to put in the plan. In my case, spending and cash flow always show negative which makes the application less than useful.
