Add a "Transfers" category to Spending Plan

The Spending Plan needs a new category for transfers into a checking account.

For example, if you transfer money from your brokerage account into your checking account to pay bills, right now Simplifi hides the transaction completely from the Spending Plan.

If you choose to show it in the Spending Plan, it shows up buried in the "Bills" section and changes the total amount of your bills, which is not ideal.

You can manually change the transaction to be "Personal Income," which will make the transfer show up in the "Income" section, but it is not really new personal income, so that is also not ideal.

Having a "Transfers" category in between "Income" and "Bills" so we could track transfers into our checking accounts as a positive amount that reflects in our total Spending Plan, but doesn't affect the "Income" or "Bills" sections would be ideal.

Another user @DryHeat has suggested this before, and I will include his graphic below for reference.

Hope the Quicken team will consider this to improve a weak point in the Spending Plan!
