USAA checking account erroneously showing zero balance in QBP

My USAA checking account balance in QBP just went to zero.

The actual account balance on the bank website is not zero. Last update 20 minutes ago.

When I select all transactions in the account in QBP the total of the selected transactions (outlined in RED below) exactly matches the bank. So all transactions are correct and accounted for.

Any known reason why this is happening?

    Update - balance downloaded correctly this morning.

    This was a bit disconcerting, as when I first saw the zero yesterday the thought passed through my mind that someone had drained my account. But it fixed itself overnight.

    No idea why this happened … but it really shouldn't happen.
