Program only pulling in 90 days worth of data (edited)

I'm new to Quicken Simplifi and have done what I believe is a great job adding accounts and adjusting expense categories. I noticed, however, that the program is only pulling in 90 days worth of data. I started on 4/21, so my main credit card is only going back to 1/21. I want to pull in the entire current year worth of data. I searched all over for a setting to tweak but couldn't find one. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Hi, and welcome to Simplifi community. I am glad you are making progress with your accounts and categories.

90 days is the customary timeframe that banks will download. Some banks will download more, but if you just got 90 days, then that is that.

The good news is you just need to import 3 weeks. When I started with Simplifi in November 2021, I imported 10 months. It was a mess. There are two ways, at least, you can approach this.

The simplest might be just to go to your bank site to print the missing transactions from January and add them one by one manually. (it might be simpler just to transcribe from your January statement!)

If you used another product before e.g., Quicken Classic, you should be able to export them to a .csv file and import them into Simplifi. If you want to try this method, here is a support file to get you started:

More good news is that you don't have to rush to do all this. You can take your time. You already have a pretty good picture of your finances. Good luck.
