"An error occurred. Please try again" message

For the last several days, I consistently get the subject message after entering a transaction and then receive the message "Sorry, but we were unable to make your changes" message in the lower left corner. My Internet connection seems fine and I'm not having any other issues with other applications. Rebooting my computer seems to help for a short while, and then the issue returns again. Any troubleshooting ideas? Thanks.

    I get these sometimes too but they usually clear up. If this is on the web app (sounds like it) and keeps happening, I would sign out and clear the cache and history in the browser. Rebooting the computer might not be a bad idea either.

    Then I would sign back in.

    @SRC54 , many thanks for your quick reply. If this is not something you've seen pop up more and more lately, then apparently it's an issue with my own setup. I will definitely try your tips to see if that helps … much appreciated.

    If it doesn't go away, then at least you will be able to say you've tried the usual things. It happens to me once or twice a week I should say. I just apply the changes again.

    Without much doubt, it is probably sometimes Simplifi's server's fault. I think this happens in order to avoid bad data getting polluting the database, so better to do it again. That is just a guess on my part.😀
