Missing Transactions (edited)

Hi,

I've noticed that I'm missing historical transactions from several of my accounts for April 2026. It seems specific to the first two-ish weeks of the month from what I've seen so far. It also seems to be related to all account types. That said, I've confirmed Bank Accounts and Credit Cards for now.

I've verified it wasn't a browser based issue by logging in on a desktop based browser and through the Simplifi mobile app. The transactions were missing on both. Additionally, I ensured filters were off when viewing the transactions for the accounts. I don't believe Transaction History settings are the culprit since the transactions are for this year.

All accounts have been connected for awhile and have generally not had issues. Reviewing the transactions missing, one thing I'm noticing is many of them were split transactions.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? It's completely thrown off my Spending Plan results this month.

    Yes, I also noticed this today. Several sub-categories of transactions have completely disappeared. My spend for the year is being under-reported by 13% - this is unacceptable!! I don't have any Split transactions (these are all regular transactions, e.g. Travel). There aren't any filters on my Spending reports, and all of these transactions are visible when I log in to my credit card account, so I'm certain this is a new Simplifi issue / bug.

    [removed] - please help resolve ASAP.

    For me its transactions from my Chase credit card that were in custom categories. I have a 'Dates' category and all transactions under it from numerous merchants are now empty. Just 4 hours ago they were all there.

    Happening on my Fidelity credit card. Pretty obvious because many of the categories in my Spending Plan now have a lot more amount to spend than it did yesterday.

    Same here: a bunch of transactions disappeared from multiple cards, resulting in under-reported spending for both March and April! (unsure about previous months)

    Looks like other are reporting this as well on the simplifimoney subreddit. Hopefully we’ll hear something soon.

    I’m also experiencing a significant number of missing transactions across multiple accounts, including both income and expenses. As other users have reported, the transactions are still visible and accessible directly through the respective bank accounts.

    OMG. I am missing a huge number of transactions from across several accounts, both income and spending. Chase checking account included. My annual expenses yesterday (before the issue) were:

    showing that $1526 worth of expenses have disappeared at the very least. This is unacceptable. I have no way of figuring out what is missing and from where easily. I reconciled my Chase Checking with Simplifi and have identified a number of the missing transactions, but this is insane to fix on my own.

    My income is off by an amount of $4558 for the month of April alone as well.

    Simplifi - please sort out this issue on your end and deliver the fix for all of us. I can't believe this is happening.

    It's May 1st so I was looking back over April to release unspent funds and noticed, my Spending Plan mysteriously looked at lot better - I had more unused funds and the 'other spend' showed a much lower amount. Digging deeper, I noticed right away that a few big transactions on the Amex account were missing. I then tried to reconcile between Amex and Simplifi and there many transactions missing from Simplifi - they were there yesterday but gone today. Amex shows a current sync date and the current balance matches but my total spend is about $2k lower than it was yesterday.

    I lost 11 from checking and 4 from Chase. That is all I have found missing so far.

    Me too! Missing transactions everywhere causing the reports to be wrong,the spending plan to be wrong etc... Please fix this. This is unacceptable. We rely on you and the product

    So far I have found 11 missing from local checking account and 4 from Amazon Chase Visa. I am sure there are some from March as well as I found all of a sudden I had money left in my March Spending Plan.

    They are all over the place except last few days. Mostly from earlier in the month to mid month. They are haphazard. Some are recurring bills; some splits, some not.

    I cannot for the life of me understand how cleared transactions get deleted. It is one thing for Simplifi to get confused on downloading pending transactions and matching them. But once they have been cleared and reviewed (over the last several weeks), they should never be touched.

    I look forward to hearing an explanation for it. And this is why I still keep Quicken Classic. I can recreate them.

    I am waiting to do so to see if they can fix this, but I am not optimistic.

    Same here. I've got multiple transactions missing from several credit cards from the last two months (at least) and it's thrown my spending plan into an unusable trainwreck. Mine are not limited to split transactions.

    Same, I've lost many transactions for both Amex and Santander Bank in the same timeframe. This has severely messed up monthly budgets and reports. They were not split transactions though.

    Yeah, going back to the beginning of the year I'm missing, based on memory of the last time I ran a report, upwards of $14k of transactions both income and expenses. This has completely ruined any reporting or budgeting I've done.

    So this AM I noticed several transactions missing across several accounts.

    And I found several other users affected by the same issue, here and in other forums.

    So this seems to be a real problem.

    I search for Quicken's official position on this, with recommendations, what to do etc, and found nothing.

    Quicken, please acknowledge the problem and share recommendations to avoid / fix this. This is very serious.

    For me too. Discover transactions are missing. They are not split transactions.

    I was told by their AI Slopfest bot I need to manually re-enter. I'm missing tens of thousands of dollars in transactions, that's not going to happen. We need humans here to answer.

    I balance my accounts daily. I am doing month end and found transactions that were there doing daily balancing have disappeared. Example I search transactions for my sox sec deposit. it shows jan & feb, but not mar and april. This is happening for other transactions also. Anybody know what is going on?

    Missing from Chase. Not split and seems very random. Causing me issues with reports and reconciling spending plans, of course.

    I took a quick look and am definitely missing at least one transaction, from April 1, that was split into 3. I don't want to do too much digging but I really really hope that Simplifi can fix this and restore everyone's missing data asap.

    I am having the same issue. Trying to do my month-end review too, and transactions that I reviewed 1+ weeks ago are now missing. I've refreshed my connections but no change.

    I have started recreating my missing transactions, but I am flagging them just in case the old ones show up, so I can easily find them to delete later if they turn out to be duplicates.

    I have 9 for March to do and 15 for April.

    How do you find the missing ones? Do you log into each bank/credit card and compare with what Simplifi has? That would be a huge project.

    I haven't opened Simplifi this morning and I don't think I will. It's possible that this corruption is occurring when we access our data, so I'm not going to access mine until we get a response.

    Of course, it could be something that occurs when we are offline. Maybe something done by one of the daemon processes that updates balances at night, or whatever.

    Still, I'm going to keep my head down until we know more.

    Same here - transactions that were there yesterday are gone. Not sure if issue goes beyond one account, but I can clearly see the transactions on the bank website for at least one of my accounts, and I have seen/reviewed/categorized them in Simplifi. They were there for weeks and now, poof, gone.

    Date filters are ok.

    No search filters set.

    Transactions are not found as uncategorized, or anything else.

    Correctly syncing with the bank, which shouldn't matter anyway as they were previously downloaded, reviewed and categorized.

    Budget from previous month showing that I have a lot available in a number of categories, when I know for a fact that (yesterday, end of month) I was pretty much at the budget for the month.
