Error Connecting to Wells Fargo Bank

Hi, somehow my connection to Wells Fargo is failing and it goes in a loop but does not work. Is this a known issue ?

Thanks for reaching out! Can you please clarify whether you are seeing an error on your end when trying to connect to Wells Fargo? Or is the issue just that the connection keeps spinning indefinitely and never works? If you can provide a screenshot showing the issue, it would help us better understand what is occurring here.
If this issue is regarding an account that already exists in Quicken Simplifi, you can also try the following steps to see if they help resolve the issue:
- Navigate to the bank's website, sign in, and then remove Quicken's access from the bank's third-party linked apps.
- Navigate back to Quicken Simplifi, and make all of the accounts with the bank manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
- If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
