    Shoot, that is discouraging. So sorry.

    That didn't happen to me (so far!). Yes, some of my planned bills are gone as the transaction is gone so if I recreate them, I'll have to relink them to the recurring. I haven't lost any income transactions either. So I've been lucky.

    It sounds like you lost a lot more. Only my March and April Spending Plans have been affected as far as I know. I will soon have fixed March and April, then I'll investigate February and January but they look right.

    [removed - profanity] is happening. Simplifi is missing 40% of my transactions from April. I downloaded all bank transactions and used Claude to cross-reference against the Simplifi export. 147 transactions on Simplifi and 243 on bank transactions. Confidence shattered. WTF is happening over there?

    Simplifi is missing 119 transactions in April 2026. The bank statements have 243 transactions, but Simplifi only captured 147 (and 23 of those are still pending). After matching, 124 aligned and 119 bank transactions have no Simplifi counterpart at all.

    Here's the breakdown of what's missing:

    Costco CC — 67 missing (the worst offender). These are regular everyday purchases — groceries, restaurants, gas, medical copays, subscriptions — that simply aren't in Simplifi. This accounts for the bulk of the gap.

    Amazon CC — 17 missing. Amazon purchases from mid-to-late April that never appeared in Simplifi.

    United CC — 16 missing. Mostly Uber trips and United in-flight purchases. This is consistent with the pattern we saw in the larger 2-year reconciliation.

    Chase Family Checking — 15 missing. CC autopay transactions, transfers, loan payments, and manual brokerage entries.

    Mike Checking — 4 missing. Venmo payments and inter-account transfers.

    On the Simplifi side, all 23 unmatched entries are pending transactions (dated 4/26–4/30) that haven't posted to the bank yet — completely expected and not a concern.

    The workbook has four tabs: Summary, Missing from Simplifi (the 119 — highlighted red), Not in Bank Statements (the 23 pending — highlighted yellow), and Matched Transactions (the 124 confirmed matches with method used).

    At the end of every month I update the expense/income summary in the spreadsheet, and I just noticed, now I am missing more than $10k of transactions from Simplifi for March 2026 (and April too), no issues for Jan and Feb

    Same here. I am missing multiple transactions from multiple institutions. I first noticed it on my desktop, so I loaded the app on my phone and watched them disappear.

    A few months they messed up the balances on real estate.

    The worst part is we pay for this service.

    Feedback comment from QuickenLisa on Reddit. Note instructions NOT to use CSV import to replace missing transactions

    'Our team has identified the root cause of the issue and is actively working on a fix. This is a high priority for us, and we are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

    Important: If the transactions were previously recorded in Simplifi, please do not attempt to add missing transactions via CSV files at this time.

    We do not have an ETA to share at this time, but we will provide updates as progress is made.

    Same issue. I have multiple/random transactions missing across multiple accounts going back to the beginning of March. It happened sometime last night.

    Thank goodness I'm not the only one. I thought either I or my wife was inadvertently deleting it.

    Similar to what others have said, my prior months' spending plan are suddenly at a very high positive number when it they have been typically close to plan as I release unspent funds and "sweep" the funds into a goal.

    I validated the missing transactions by comparing prior transaction downloads with a download from today and found several missing. I would not have noticed had they not been high ticket items as well.

    Very disappointing.

    Is there an update from Quicken? I see some of my transactions have reappeared but still missing a few from prior months. This is pretty bad…..making me rethink my subscription

    Still an issue from what I can see. Some data is starting to load back in but not everything. It's almost like items that I made changes to the categories are still missing (fast food to Lunch).

    Also, one of my checking accounts has a zero balance now as well… not sure if that is related but it's not accurate.

    @DryHeat Did you ever dare sign in? Nothing has come back for me so far, but I fixed it anyhow, so now waiting with bated breath to delete duplicates as necessary.

    I was lucky and only lost about 26 transactions. Those with QBP I feel for as y'all might have hundreds in that same period.

    The Reddit post said that Quicken was adding safeguards to keep this from happening again. Vale más tarde que nunca. 😄

    Can we get a few examples from each of you of transactions that are currently missing, please? They will need to include the date, payee, and amount. If you have manually entered them in the meantime, that's okay; please still provide the info.

    Nope. And I'm in no hurry to do so.

    It's a bit inconvenient as I'd like to close out the month. But I'd rather avoid this problem if I can.

    It is looking good @Coach Jon.

    It will take time for me to check everything (more than 10 accounts) but I see several transactions back.
    I will report back when I finish checking them all but preliminary signs are positive.

    looking better but not entirely fixed for me. I am seeing transactions back (could be all or perhaps a subset of the missing) but the budgets are broken.

    A category that I know why full consumed in April shows at several hundred dollars remaining (should be close to zero). The rollover from that category to this month still shows over a thousand which is as it was this morning still.

    @Coach Natalie all transactions now look to be loaded from what I can tell. The only issue I am seeing, and more than likely not related, is my Wells Fargo checking account shows zero dollars and does not have my May 1st transaction activity. I will check back on this in the next 24 hours to see if the transaction comes out and the balance resets.

    @Coach Jon, I logged out and logged back in and I'm still missing at least 32 transactions. I'm aware of these 32 because I have 32 transactions categorized as "Uncategorized" which were previously categorized as Transfers and the linked transactions disappeared in connection with this missing transaction issue and they are still missing.

    Actually, my previous post is not entirely true. Some of the transactions that are corresponding to the "Uncategorized" transactions did come back, but they are no longer linked as Transfer transactions the way they were before. The resurrected transactions are correctly categorized as a Transfer, but if I go to the details and click on the link that says "Go to the other side" of the transfer, nothing happens.

    Thank you for the update. Glad you were able to verify that these transactions did come back after all, even if they are under a different category. Can you provide a screenshot or screen recording of what happens when you select "Go to the other side" for these transactions?

    please look into budgets. If these transactions are back, and I’m not saying they’re not, how come my budget for April looks very different than how it did yesterday and my rollover is obviously wrong. See above comment.
