@Coach Natalie I have verified with Ryan at Quicken Support that most of my missing transactions have come back. I am still missing 9 from my checking account.
I was able to delete the duplicates I had re-added from Amex and Amazon Visa as well as several from First US Bank, so fixing them didn't seem to inhibit their coming back.
Here are the 9 missing transactions from First US Bank.

Hello all,
I've done the log out and log back in, including in Incognito mode, and am still missing at least two verifiable transactions, both from my Chase Checking account. One is a transfer into the account from 04/08 for $4,000 (the manually created transaction from the other side still exists, but has been automatically switched to Uncategorized) and another is a tax refund from Illinois from 04/10 for $813. The report totals in my Spending report (year to date) are also slightly off for a few categories, so there must be more still missing. Can you double-check on the full resolution? I love your product and work in software myself, so I want to help.

@Coach Natalie / @Coach Jon - Chiming in here too. I started to dig through my transactions and while many are back I'm still missing some.
It's unclear how many but so far I've found 2 missing for one of my accounts.1 -
Some fixed, but I'm still missing a few - all on Fidelity/ Elan credit card

@Coach Natalie Not sure why this was marked as "Resolved" because I did as instructed, which was log out and log back in, and I'm still missing all the same transactions I was missing this morning. I know this because in my spending plan, every single category for April has unused funds, and I had already reconciled the entire month on April 30th.
Is there a fix in the works for this issue? ETA? or are the missing transactions gone forever?2 -
I'm still missing some transactions from my Citibank Checking account, despite logging out and logging back in on the mobile app. Clearly, this issue hasn't been resolved. I'm not sure if this is isolated to just the checking account, or if other accounts are also affected (hard to tell). Please investigate and fix ASAP.

Being warned by posts here, I never logged in during the time this problem was going on.
I've logged in and checked my accounts now and nothing is missing or changed.
So maybe this only affected folks who accessed their accounts while the problem was active.

I signed out and back in and still my reports are out of whack compared to the screenshots I took before the issue.
I'm still missing lots of transactions.
Here are five examples from my Chase checking account of missing transactions:

Please can you work on these and the others that are still missing?

it would be great if they’d lock it down as soon as this type of glitch was noted instead of me spending literally 6 hours readding my lost transactions. It’s thousands of dollars missing at months end.

Besides the official thread on this issue being marked as "RESOLVED," there was now a pop-up when I signed in to Simplifi this morning stating "Sorry we messed up; the missing transactions have been restored."
But while some of my transactions have been restored, some are also still missing, and clearly from this thread that is the case for others as well. This issue needs to be treated as ongoing.
Plus, while some of the missing transactions have been restored, the ripple effects are still here. "Transfer" transactions that disappeared and now came back have broken the transfer link, resulting in one side of the transaction being marked as Uncategorized while the other side looks correct but has a broken link to "Go to the other side" of the transaction.
That this issue and others like it have occurred is bad enough to shake my confidence in the trustworthiness of Quicken's software, but the fact that Quicken is now officially stating that everything is fixed when transactions are still missing makes matters even worse. I will never be able to fully trust that the software is giving a completely accurate picture of my finances.

@ejs Yes, I got the notice in the iPhone app this morning. I chuckled.
If you type in the account where the transfer was made, it will usually connect them again. You probably know this. I had to reconnect one. I had to go to the broken transfer to account, that was never deleted to do that.
Maybe they'll resurrect the transactions that are still missing. I went ahead and put them in myself (I had 9 leftovers), but I flagged them just in case.
I will say that in the nearly 5 years I've used Simplifi that this hasn't happened before. And I am sure they will do everything possible to keep it from happening again. Yes, certain accounts have messed up for some people and balances have gone off but I never lost cleared transactions until yesterday. (Except when I once deleted my AmEx Credit Card account thinking I was just going to disconnect the account. I was a newbie then but still!)
Quicken may be right that Simplifi doesn't need restore points, but I still think we do, not only for the unthinkable that happened yesterday but also for folks who just plain make mistakes. To err is human . . .

I agree. As a customer, my trust in the software has been broken with this bug. And them trying to brush it under the carpet only makes it worse.

Hi [removed] are y'all off this weekend. I would think with a bug of this scale it would be all hands on deck at quicken. Do you know if anyone is working on these five missing transactions I raised?

My transactions have not been returned. I logged out and logged back in……same as yesterday. I did get the notice about the bug but, in fact, the transactions are not back. Please advise.

It seems the issue resolved my CC transactions, but not my checking/savings account transactions. I’ve identified at least half a dozen missing transactions.
I’ve been a Simplifi customer since 2020 and a huge advocate for the product. Between this issue and the way it’s been handled, plus the on-going problem with Barclay and inability to connect new Marcus accounts, I’m seriously considering a switch.3 -
Most of mine have been restored. All for the month of March are back. At least a few from April are not. It's an improvement, but the problem really erodes trust. Hate that it happened.

Same issue. I went back and fixed all my spending plans due to a suggestion that Quicken gave when in fact it was missing transactions. News flash. My transactions are still missing for March and April as my spend plans are off again which is when I first noticed. Discouraging. Who wants to put things in manual when you pay for these tools to make finance tracking easier.

I THINK all my transactions are back for April, but definitely missing at least three transactions in March because I have unspent money in 3 categories. I know for sure one transaction missing is with payee Omega on March 18th for $8010.50.

I think that the community would appreciate some type of response from Simplifi instead of radio silence.
If this bug caused an irrecoverable purge of transactions then I think the company owes it to us paying users to admit to this so we can all move on from this and decide to either change products or manually fix our transaction logs and keep using the product.

Some transactions returned but other are still missing from both March and April. I also see for some transfers earlier that got categorized as "Uncategorized" because one side disappeared, the missing side returned and correctly set the account category, but the "Uncategorized" side didn't correct itself.
I know it's the weekend and it's fine if this doesn't get resolved until Monday/Tuesday...I'm sure the whole dev/release team had a stressful day yesterday. Until we get further guidance from the team, what's the consensus from users? Leave as is untouched? Or start correcting transaction, creating manual ones for missing ones etc.?

Attempted a reconciliation of my “system.” I keep an excel of report totals as well. I usually reconcile daily. As many other have posted, missing transactions are from March and April. For me, it’s my chase bank accounts. I don’t think that my CCs were affected.

I am seeing the same as others; this issue is NOT resolved and sending out messages that it is really erodes trust. Chase checking tx's are still gone.

This actually started in March 2026, and both March and April are missing alot of transactions on my end …1 -
It’s probably best to give them a couple of business days to work on any remaining issues. It might be more frustrating to manually create transactions and then have to delete them later.
I do think the dev team owes a more clear explanation of whether or not this is entirely fixed and what to do if you believe it’s not fixed.

I narrowed down my transactions went missing starting March 17 and beyond. Not sure if anyone could narrow down some dates to know how far back they did NOT restore. What are others seeing in dates? I am wondering if their backup was corrupted because a restore should restore all and not some to current state. Being a IT person, they need to put some traces in and check their backup process also.

It was about then that mine were missing; most are back with some exceptions, and my earliest missing was 16th March. The last one missing was 23rd April.

I think this depends on you. I didn't have that many so I fixed most of them, and when they restored, it didn't cause any problem to delete the new duplicates. Then I went ahead and fixed the few remaining ones.
You may have more time to do it this weekend. OTOH, if you have a LOT, you may want to wait to see if they can fix them for you next week.
Edit: Coach Janean has posted that they are still actively working to fix this, which doesn't surprise me.

This is a complete disaster for me. Thousands and thousands of dollars worth of tax related business transactions are missing that WERE there from my chase business checking account. I haven't checked other accounts but am sure there are more accounts missing transactions. Manually adding back these transactions is a complete non starter. The time and energy that would take would be enormous, plus the manual transactions wouldn't have the 'Statement Name' which is a very important feature.
In addition to this transfers are broken all over the place. With many transfers showing 'NA' for the Category, not something I created or did. The 'go to the other side' feature broken.
I got an email on the 30th stating prices will be going up. I've worked hard to accurately track my business and personal finances in Quicken and it's currently ruined. Yikes….trust is gone!
