On my browser, I go to "my.vanguardplan.com", but that does not seem to be an option. Can it be included?

I have moved this out of Missing Financial Institution Requests for now to do some troubleshooting. You wouldn't want to rely solely on a URL search, as the URL used to connect from the backend often differs from the one displayed in Quicken Simplifi. I'd recommend trying these Vanguard bank options to see if you're able to add your account with either one:
