Only 2 of 10+ cleared transactions downloaded this morning (edited)
My dogs woke me up early (5am) so I figured I would get a jump start on the day and check in with Simplify. It ran the standard account sync when opened so I jumped in looking at my spending categories. I noticed that charges on my bank account yesterday were not included in the sync results so I dug in a bit.
Summary, Simplify downloaded all of my pending transaction but of the 10+ cleared transactions from yesterday (no longer pending) it only downloaded 2. Normally I would hit the sync button to try and get the other transactions to download, however sync is not available now for another 3 hours.
So rather than spending my time sipping coffee and perusing my accounts, I'm posting this message in the hopes that a real person within Quicken will take note. Yes I tried your chat bot and that was a waste of time.
I am one of your most basic product users. You simply need to get data sync and categories right to keep me happy. Many of your customers want advanced features which I get, I used to be in that group. However let me point out, if sync is not consistent then "all" other features are useless.
And please teach your chat bot to recognize when it can't help and offer to connect you to a human.

I don't know if this fits your situation, but my Capital One account often does stuff like this. And it will download them in the next sync. It will count certain pending transactions as cleared but not clear them. It is irritating.
You mention that you might not always download so early? I am an early riser and I usually download around 430am to 5am, but both Capital One and Fidelity seem not to want to update right until the next download. And my local bank might not have every thing done until 7am so I miss things from it until the 9am download.
So just throwing it out there that this might be the Bank's fault and not Simplifi's. Agree completely about chat bots!

@Dan83, thanks for reaching out to the Community!
Definitely let us know if the transactions don't download with the next update, which can take place 4-6 hours after the last update. As Steve mentioned with his banks, my banks also vary in this regard, and sometimes even vary from dataset to dataset when I'm doing my morning updates, but the transactions always come in with the next refresh.
Let us know!
