    I am back with an update from our service provider! We would like to escalate this issue further and may want to schedule a session with you to troubleshoot. Can you please supply new logs to assist us?

    1. Log in to the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
    2. Select the Profile icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
    3. With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key (Mac) or the Alt key (Windows), and then click Send Feedback.
    4. Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.

    Please also provide your general availability over the next couple of weeks and confirm that the contact information within your Quicken profile is accurate.

    Certainly, I can help improve Simplifi, that I am paying to use. I'll tell you what, after I get, one or more years of subscription credit I'm more than happy to improve SIMPLIFI.

    Sincerely, I have provided more of my time than is acceptable to make a service that I pay for, from a stalwart company in accounting.

    I would direct your research back to all the time and posts, etc..with double entries. Look at all the posts I authored and Simplifi question and requests I answered.

    I'm pretty easy going, and like to help, but I'm needing to be paid as a consultant. I'm thinking a couple of years of subscription credit would be appropriate in this age of inflation.

    Let me know when a billion-dollar company is willing to help those that help them.

    PS, we are still waiting on being able to download our of Investments files via CSV.

    Hello @neon45,

    I certainly understand your frustration and that you would prefer not to participate in the debug session, but we are unable to offer compensation. Requests for compensation would need to be directed to our chat/phone support team, as they have the tools needed to make those types of determinations. Debug sessions are not something we would offer users compensation for.

    Hi Coach Jon,

    Quick update; both accounts just got an interest payment on April 30th. The Balance shown was updated, but, as before, there are no transaction in either account showing the deposits.

    Also, when I chatted with Customer Support I mentioned that it had been 2 1/2 years since folks had first requested the ability to download our Investment transaction, via CSV, to our home computers.

    Fingers crossed.

    E*T-rde, the outfit that keeps giving :)

    As of this evening, both of the CD's Transaction Activity is Totally empty. Nothing, nada, void of any numbers, in any formate.

    The amounts in the Accounts column is correct.

    Thanks for your update. No updates from the Headshed about compensation. I'm sure it will affect others down the road. I'm just not interested in spending any more time on it for a 2 or 3 month credit. Hopefully some tech person will eventually solve it.
