Spending Plan information reset and disappearing

A couple days ago my entire Spending Plan reset. All information lost, and the app showed the “Setup” button in the Spending Plan section

And now earlier this evening my Income and Bills section in the Spending Plan reset.

Chatting with support was useless. They basically told me to take a picture after I get it setup as proof that I was even using Spending Plan. Hilarious.

    Thanks for reaching out! I was able to review the ticket that our support team was working on with you regarding this issue. It looks like they requested screenshots because they were looking to escalate the issue. Since most of the troubleshooting was done with them, I would suggest reaching out to chat support again so they can work on escalating this for you.

    We can also work on escalating here, but we would need to work on troubleshooting first since we haven't done that here yet. Let us know how you would like to proceed!
