connecting multiple accounts from the same financial institution - MassMutual (edited)
I’d like to request support for connecting multiple accounts from the same financial institution using different login credentials, specifically for MassMutual.
In my household, my wife and I each have separate MassMutual accounts with separate logins. Right now, I can connect one account in Simplifi, but the other has to be added manually. That means one balance updates automatically, while the other requires manual updates.
It would be very helpful if Simplifi allowed multiple credential sets for the same institution so both accounts could sync properly in one household view.
This would improve account tracking, net worth accuracy, and reduce manual maintenance.
Please consider adding support for this.

This won't solve your entire problem, but you can probably create a second Space and put your wife's accounts there. You should be able to use a different login to reach her accounts in that Space and download the transactions.
This won't give you "one household view" but it would reduce the manual entry effort.

Hello @Altdata,
I have converted your idea post into a discussion, as I have seen in the past where certain financial institutions do not allow multiple logins to be integrated within a single Quicken Simplifi dataset.
In addition to @DryHeat's recommendation, have you tried seeing whether using separate instances for MassMutual works to bring your spouses' accounts into Quicken Simplifi alongside your own accounts?
It looks like there are a couple of different instances available to select from for MassMutual, so I would see if trying to add your wife's accounts that way works for you.
Let us know how this goes!
