Duplicate transactions bug

Hello,

I know there is a recently acknowledged bug with duplicate transactions. Is there any update on timeline for resolution? What are suggested steps or workarounds right now? I'm afraid to disconnect my affected account because that will mess up all my history and reports right? Will the upcoming fix remove all the current duplicates?

    Thank you for reaching out! To clarify, is the duplication with Barclays the issue you're referring to?

    Disconnecting and reconnecting an account should not mess up history and reports (Note: Deleting an account will erase all history). However, if you're impacted by the known issue, I would not recommend doing it, since it would be unlikely to resolve the problem.

    There aren't any perfect solutions in the meantime, but there are a couple options:

    1. You can delete duplicate transactions that download.
      1. Warning: If you accidentally delete a transaction you wanted to keep, you will need to input it manually, since it shouldn't redownload.
    2. You can adjust when the account updates, if you'd rather prevent it from updating while the issue is going on. If you choose to do this, please be aware that most financial institutions make about 90 days of history available for download. There is a risk of gaps in your transaction history if you wait too long before allowing the account to update.     Hello,

    Thank you for the quick reply. Yes that's the exact issue I'm seeing with Barclays. Do you know if this is a high priority issue? Will it be resolved in the next couple of weeks or will it take longer? I ask because it's my main credit card and if this isn't resolved I will have to look to a different app, which I really don't want to do. I love this app! Thank you
