Simplifi app becomes unresponsive for a time after syncing
Hello, on my IPhone and IPad for the last several days the Simplifi application stops responding for about 10 seconds or so after a sync. Then the last “touch” then executes. This was never the case before this past week for me. Is this a known issue with the latest update perhaps?

I haven't been able to reproduce this on my iPhone or iPad. I am tempted to say it is just a temporary glitch but since it is on both your iPad and iPhone, that is weird. Maybe it was a lag with the server.
I will keep a look out for this behavior.

Hello @CF1,
Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. I tested in my app, but was not able to replicate the issue. Please try these troubleshooting steps:
- Log out of the app, then log back in.
- Restart the iPhone and iPad.
- This can correct a lot of unexpected behaviors, especially if there was an update recently or the devices haven't been restarted in a while.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app.
- This can help correct any app-specific problems.
Please let me know how it goes!

Thank you both for the response. I took your advice and deleted and reinstalled the app. It had the lag problem the first time after the sync, but the 2nd time it did not. Hopefully the reinstall resolved it. Thanks again

just wanted to provide an update, I do still see the freeze up after syncing on both iPad and iPhone, the sync is fine, the app stays responsive for about 5seconds, then freezes for another 5 or 10 seconds, then returns to normal. I noticed this about the same time as the apple accounts issue appeared with the negative balance problem. After I sync, I usually go to review new un reviewed transactions and usually that’s when it becomes unresponsive. Never had that issue until recently.

Still haven't seen this but I took my Apple Accounts offline and made them manual until the problem gets fixed. That should be soon, so you'll find out if that makes a difference. I don't see why it should but you'll see if your implied hypothesis is true.
