Thanks for reaching out! With Quicken Business & Personal, you can use Spaces to create up to three separate areas to organize your finances. Spaces let you group and track certain accounts separately, such as accounts you don’t want included with your main finances or those tied to a specific goal.
If you want to invite someone to your current Space, you can share your Quicken Simplifi data, which lets you easily manage who can view and work with your financial information. Our support article here explains how to do this in more detail:
