zzz-Truist Online Banking
I'm trying to add/sync a new Truist account to my Quicken Simplifi account, but am getting the message that "zzz-Truist Online Banking This Bank is not available right now". Is this a temporary issue, or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks for reaching out! The "zzz" error is usually shown when the instance being connected to is no longer utilizing a valid connection. Are you trying one of the following instances?

I am trying to REconnect my Truist accounts after they disconnected yesterday (not add a new account), so I am not seeing that drop down at all. Do I need to add my accounts as new using the Truist Bank connection, instead of being able to reconnect via my existing Truist Online Banking (not WC or DC though) connection?

Thanks for the reply! Let's have you try the following steps to get your accounts reconnected with the newer instances:
- Make all of the accounts with the bank manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
- If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
