Toggled notifications off in Simplifi, but emails never stop coming.

i need to disable all notifications. I already toggled every single notification option off and then also toggled "pause all notifications" yet I still get weekly emails like "you just earned a badge!" and "your monthly summary is ready" for the love of god how do I make these stop

    Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear about your notification troubles. If the "Pause all notifications" option is indeed toggled to the off setting, then you certainly shouldn't be receiving monthly summary or achievement badge notification emails. Are you able to provide screenshots showing the setting is toggled off, as well as the email notifications you are receiving? You may feel free to send this information via DM if you prefer!
