PayPal Credit, MasterCard and Crypto - STILL Missing Transactions
I got alerted that this issue had been resolved. I've since gone into Simplifi refreshed the account, re-linked the account, made the account manual, then completely re-added the account. None of those worked as I am still getting no transactions to appear.
Are others still having the same issue? It's crazy how long this is taking to get fixed.

Thank you for letting us know you are still experiencing this issue on your end, as well as confirming the troubleshooting steps you have already tried. Can you please verify the following information as well? This can be sent via DM if you prefer.
- The name of the account the transactions are missing from, as it appears in Quicken Simplifi.
- The Date, Payee, and Amount of a few example transactions that are currently missing in Quicken Simplifi.
- A screenshot of the example transactions from the bank's website.
- A screenshot of the corresponding register in Quicken Simplifi showing that the transactions are missing.
- Confirm whether the missing transactions are impacting the balance in Quicken Simplifi or not.
We will also need logs to be sent:
- Log in to the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
- Select the Profile icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key (Mac) or the Alt key (Windows), and then click Send Feedback.
- Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.

Thank you for reaching out as well. If you have already tried establishing a fresh connection by making the account manual and re-linking, and the issue is persisting, then I would have you provide the information I requested previously as well:
If you have not, then here are the troubleshooting steps you can try to see if that fixes the current issue:
- Make all of the accounts with the bank manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
- If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.

Same here, completely reset the connection and still dont have any of my transactions from April May or June showing up. Wondering if the fix actually worked for anyone.
Can confirm its the same ongoing bug, since its just my transactions that are missing while my balance continues to update and be correct.
One other interesting note - since this started, the app has stopped prompting me for my 2FA code for PayPal when I open the app. It seemingly is able to refresh my balance without 2FA, when previously I would get prompted everytime I opened the app. Not sure if that could be related
