Quicken Simplifi not importing investment data from Fidelity and Schwab (edited)
I am on Quicken Simplifi (IOS) and have not been able to successfully connect a Fidelity or Schwab account. I have tried multiple times to link the accounts. They will both show in my accounts and even have the "updated" icon, but no data is listed for either account in the investments tab. In fact, neither of the accounts even shows up in the investments tab. Even though they do appear in the list of accounts as updated.
I have confirmed on both home accounts that third-party access is granted; I have deleted and reset connections and even gone as far as manual entry with link account efforts. Nothing seems to work. I'm at a loss……

I should also add that the linking between the two investment accounts and a Chase account has been successful, which leads me to believe the issue with the link is on the Quicken side.

Hello @Mely75,
Thank you for reaching out! To help troubleshoot, please provide more information:
- When did you add these accounts?
- What type of investment accounts are they (brokerage, 401k, etc.)?
- What information is missing (transactions, holdings, etc.)?
I look forward to your reply!

Have you tried both of the connections for Fidelity? Fidelity Inv & Retirement and Fidelity Investments.
I use the former and have 4 accounts connected through it. It works well for me. But I have read here that some account types don't work. I have Brokerage, IRA and Visa.
I also have one account connected through Schwab.com.
I hope the coaches will get it working for you. Hang in there.
