Ent Credit Union changed website and now returns FDP-108 (edited)

Ent Credit Union (ent.com), which is in the process of merging with Wings Credit Union, changed their banking website this week (and is now at bank.ent.com). As such, Quicken Simplifi is no longer able to connect to it. It errors out saying "To connect to your account, you must complete an action at the website for Ent Credit Union. Care Code: FDP-108".

Can you please update Quicken Simplifi to support the new Ent Credit Union banking website?

Thanks!

    Hello @beer052420,

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this error. The change to the URL is a known issue that our teams are already working to resolve (CTP-13013).

However, most customers are reporting a FDP-103 (invalid credentials) error, rather than a FDP-108. Especially if a merge is in progress, there is a chance the financial institution needs you to do something on their website. If you haven't already done so, I recommend trying the following:

    1. Sign in to the bank's website through a different browser or incognito mode.
      1. DO NOT clear cookies and cache. Instead, sign in to your bank's website through incognito mode or a different browser to see if you're prompted with any pop-ups immediately after signing in.
    2. Are you normally prompted to verify identity through a security code at the bank's website?
      1. Sometimes users aren't prompted to complete an MFA when signing in from the same computer, but it may be required when signing in through a different one.
    3. Did you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions for third-party apps on the bank's website?
      1. Some banks may require you to accept the terms and conditions for use of third-party applications with your banking information.
    4. Do you need to create or update your security question on the bank's website?
      1. After you have acknowledged and accepted the terms and conditions for use of third-party applications, you may be required by your bank to create or update your security question. Typically, this security question is used when you are resetting your bank's online password.

Please let me know how it goes!

Thank you very much! I tried it again today and it prompted me for my 2FA code and then successfully reconnected. So I think everything is working again now!
