Can't add Vanguardplan (managed by Ascensus)

I've seen discussion here around this option.

I have tried to add a 401k account under "Ascensus version of Vanguard Plans" (ascensus.com), with no luck. The website with the direct login is my.vanguardplan.com.

Any advice is welcome -

    Thanks for reaching out! I am not seeing an error on our end for you. Can you let us know what error, if any, you are experiencing? Additionally, if you are not having luck with connecting your account via that Ascensus instance, you can try one of the other Ascensus instances available in Quicken Simplifi:
