Three transactions posted as PENDING then dropped from Register

I had one credit card with three transactions dated 6/19 that were displayed as PENDING and then dropped from the REGISTER

two were RECURRING transactions for a service fee

the third

was a one time payment to a vendor whose name sort of matched a known grocery store and was wrongly categorized as GROCERY. i.e. Dr Steven Shaw v. Shaws Grocery Store]

I had to manually RECREATE the three

    I'm not sure this applies, but I have had pending transactions drop if they don't clear within a certain amount of time. From your screenshots, it seems these pending transactions are no longer on your bank's website. Is that right?

    It's possible they will reappear when they clear.

    Hello @fromawayme,

    Thanks for reaching out! To help clarify the issue reported here, can you confirm whether the transactions have been cleared on your bank's side? Or are they still in a pending state there?

    Additionally, one of Quicken Simplifi's key functions is the ability to recognize and match a downloaded transaction to a manually entered transaction or a recurring transaction. It is possible that the transaction was matched to a transaction in error, resulting in a "lost" or missing transaction. If this was the case, then manually recreating the transactions was the right thing to do.

    I would suggest keeping an eye out in case this issue occurs again and letting us know if it does so that we can work on further troubleshooting at that time.

    RESPONSE to SRC54

    the screenshot of the three transactions are showing as CLEARED on the bank site as of today.

    The connection to the bank seems almost realtime as I see transactions listed on Simplifi sometimes within hours. In this case they showed up as PENDING and when the transactions CLEARED on the bank site, they disappeared from Simplifi.

    I have learned that I need to NOT make any changes like VENDOR NAME, CATEGORY, or SPLITS in Simplifi until after they show CLEARED.

    In this case I did NOT touch them and they disappeared anyways.
