The link you provided is for an Alert that was marked resolved on 6/10/26. The Alert has since been archived, which is why you can't access it. The Alert was resolved after a fix was implemented, so yes, the fix should have been rolled out globally.
With that, I'd recommend following these steps to establish a completely fresh connection with the bank to see if doing so clears things up for you:
- Make all of the accounts with this bank manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
- If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
