PennyMac domain change from Pennymacusa.com to pennymac.com
Good morning!
Per email notification from pennymac, they changed their domain from pennymacusa.com to pennymac.com overnight. This morning, my pennymac connection has been broken.
Please advise! Thank you!

It looks like the domain change is causing an FDP-105 error, which I can see is the error you're receiving when viewing your connection attempts from our end. We got this issue escalated and created an Alert that can be followed for updates.

The new error is likely part of the same issue, so go ahead and continue to follow the Alert for now. I did also pass along that the issue appears to be turning into a 163 error so everyone on our end is aware.
Let us know if the issue persists after we resolve the Alert!

I don't understand why it's taking months for a simple URL change. As a software developer I understand different projects and priorities but things that require 5 min solutions can be prioritized as well.

I asked PennyMac about this and they gave me the same response they used to give a few years ago when they enabled 2FA.
On behalf of Pennymac, please accept my sincere apology for the frustration this matter caused. Unfortunately, the Quicken aggregator does not allow for our 2-Factor authentication process within our security features, which is designed to protect you as our customer. Because your security is important to us, this is not something we foresee changing in the future. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to call our Customer Service at (800) 777-4001, between 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT, Monday through Friday and 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM PT on Saturday.
I don't think this is accurate because Quicken was working with 2FA up until the domain name change.

Simplifi's Account Connect still not working.
Connect Biller is after a recurring bill is setup. Click the recurring bill's three dots, then "Connect biller".
