@Coach Natalie is there any update to getting this issue resolved?

@SaberWolf & All, we will post updates to the Alert when available:

The PennyMac connection has officially been broke now for over 3 months. There is no more patience left. I used Mint for almost 10 years and never had a connection be broke for this long. Please provide a REAL update with REAL information so your community of users can feel like this is actually being addressed instead of redirecting us to a post from May 28th…

+1. @Coach Natalie it would go a long way if you’d provide more context on the issue and what’s required to fix it.

I have used Quicken in some form for over 20 years, and I'm sure with most users as well, Quicken has always had a great reputation of being a reliable tool to use for personal finances. Quickens reputation and confidence has now been greatly tarnished and diminished. Especially being a paid solution and with other free solutions immediately fixing the issue with Pennymac without delay.
If this is not going to be fixed in a timely manner, then please let the community know so that we can move on to another platform.
I feel that Quicken needs to be fully transparent and give the community a realistic timeline of resolution, as well as some form of concession as once again this is a paid solution in which we cannot fully utilize and have not been able to for a number of months.

Hey everyone, the information outlined in the Alert is what we know here in the Community. This issue has been escalated from our end and is actively being worked on. As the Alert states, we don't currently have an ETA on a resolution but will post updates as soon as we have any. You will want to follow the Alert if you want to receive these updates:
We appreciate everyone's continued patience!

@Coach Natalie you say, "the Alert is what we know here in the Community". This alert has no information other than Quicken knows there is a problem. We are looking for more info than that. This alert is from May! Three months ago with no real follow up from Quicken! Do you work for Quicken? I assume you do & if so, provide a real update on the status or point us in the direction to get a real update. As someone else has said, we have paid money for this service & it is not providing the service we thought we paid for & expected. We all understand that things happen from time to time to cause issues but proper communication on a path forward for resolution goes a long way. So far, that has not happened.

Last update on PENNYMAC was May. It’s been 3 months and the connection issue has not been resolved. Please advise.

@Coach Kristina thank you. I bookmarked when the thread was originally posted. However it appears the thread has been dormant for 3 months, with no way to comment on the thread (thus my recent post). The lack of information on what’s causing issue, level of effort/priority, approximate timing of resolution, etc for paying subscribers is concerning.

Pennymac is also not connecting on my end!

Any update on PennyMac Home Loan Solutions issues?

We need a real update on the status of getting the issues with PennyMac resolved. All of these "Coaches" keep pointing us to the same thread that hasn't seen any updates since May. Maybe there isn't a plan & they don't intend to resolve it.

Amen, just saying that “we’re working it” does not instill any great hope without any detailed updates and timeline.

@Coach Jon any update? Main thread has been stale for 4 months.

Any update on this issue?

I agree; it has been way too long now for a resolution. I also have an issue with Lexus Financial (months) and now CITI. I'm just curious about what others are moving to; I can't continue to pay for something I'm not getting from a long-time user (10+ years).

Agree with Ruben. I was able to wait for the pennymac resolution but 5 months on this is testing my patience. Now with Citi breaking, the lack of resolution with pennymac does not bode will with that issue. This is worrying.

Is there a reason why no one from Quicken is answering our questions on this and just totally ignoring the group?
An update would be highly appreciated by all.
