Different devices have different versions (edited)
I am using Simplifi on 3 mobile devices since late last year(2023). Each of my devices show different versions of the App.
Samsung Tab SM-T733 Simplifi App version 5.11.1 App ran well until this month. Now I get a splash screen that the Web version is better and do I want to try it. If I decline, the app tries to sign in but I get an error.
Amazon Fire HD10Plus Simplifi version 5.1.1 Runs great
Samsung A35 SM-A356U1 Simplifi Version 5.4.1 This app runs great no issues like my tablet used to.
Why are Devices using different releases and how do I get to use the App on my Samsung Tablet again?😒

The mobile version is specifically designed for a mobile phone. I switched to the web app on my tablet shortly after starting to use QSIMPLIFI. You can add to your tablet as an "app" through your browser. Each browser has a way to do this somewhere in the browser settings menu. This works great and gives you full access to the most current web version.

Appreciate the input but the mobile app has been working great on 2 tablets until this month. I much prefer the Mobile app, Now I can't use it on my Samsung.

@vad, thanks for posting to the Community!
The Quicken Simplifi Mobile App is not currently supported for tablet use. Instead, as the message you saw states, you will want to use the Quicken Simplifi Web App on your tablet's browser. We also have an Idea post for tablet support that you can vote on and follow for updates:
We also won't be able to support older versions, so if you run into issues using an older version, you will be asked to update. The current versions are 5.11.1 on the Mobile App and 4.21.0 on the Web App.
Sorry for not having better news, but I hope this helps clarify!

Dissapointed in your answer. Simplify Mobile ran perfectly well for me on two different Android Tablets until one upgraded automatically to version 5.11.1. The upgrade ruined a good thing for Android users. Android users can download version 5.3.2 APK install it and continue to enjoy the mobile app which in this users opinion is preferable to the Web app. I especially dislike the projected cash flow graphs. It is much simpler to use the list as presented in the mobile app when planning future expenditures.

So just to be clear in reviewing past comments from Android users the app seems to work fine. It is an IPAD issue. Why does the software encourage all users to avoid Tablets and use the Web version.

@vad, the Quicken Simplifi Mobile App is not currently supported for any tablet. We have a request for iPads specifically if you'd like to follow it for updates:
As for why the Mobile App encourages tablet users to use the Web App, it's because it's not formatted for tablets and won't run properly. We also can't do a lot of troubleshooting with tablets unless you're on the Web App, since the Mobile App is not supported.
I hope this helps!

This is my last comment on this subject. I would suggest that the splash screen attached be reworded to "Our Mobile App is great but it is not optimized for IPADS. For a better experience on IPADS check out our Web App." Then please give Android Tablet users a way to decline the Web App and continue to the Mobile app which works fine. Can you forward this to the appropriate channels to help us.

@vad, you can create an Idea post if you'd like to see any changes or enhancements made to Quicken Simplifi:
This will allow other users to vote on your suggestion, as well as our product team to review it. I hope this helps!
