Planned Spending: Navigate directly to drilled-down expense when going back to the list (edited)

When you drill down on an expense in the spending plan then hit the arrow to go back to your spending list it would be helpful if it would bring you back to the expense you drilled down on.

if you have a lot of expenses you are reviewing it would be very helpful not to have to scroll through the list again
