Credit card shows credit available instead of balance due (3 rivers)

All of a sudden the credit card account balance is showing the credit available instead of the balance due.

Thank you for reaching out! Have you tried resetting your account connection for the affected account? Doing so may bring the correct balance from the FI once reconnected. You can do so by following the instructions in this support article: https://help.simplifimoney.com/en/articles/4857199-when-and-how-to-reset-your-account-connections#h_7f8fc15a86

Thank you for the response. Yes, setting to manual and then reconnecting did adjust the balance. Thank you.
