I too have this same issue. I tried adding the account with Android app, then tried adding it with the website. Now it says the account has already been added, but it doesn't even show up on the left side in the accounts list.
I was going to open a new thread but found somebody else posted issues with PayPal Credit.
Shows up at the bottom, but won't let me assign a category. Doesn't show up on the accounts list. Says it's already been added. Resetting the connection and removing and adding doesn't fix the issue.
If I delete and re-add the account, it says I've already added all of the accounts at this instituition.
Seems like this is an ongoing issue since January?

@asheroto, thanks for posting to the Community!
I went ahead and turned your comment into a new discussion since it's for a different issue. For the issue you're experiencing, can you please navigate to Settings>Accounts and let us know if you have any PayPal connections listed there? If so, do they show accounts under them?
Please let us know so we can best assist!

Hey Natalie,
Sorry I must have misread the other discussion! 😊
I only see "PayPal Credit, MasterCard and Crypto" listed. No category is assigned.
And it doesn't show up on my account list. If I remove that account and re-add it, it shows up as the same. If I reset the institution, it says…

@asheroto, thanks for confirming!
You are most likely experiencing the known issue that we just created an Alert for. You can follow the Alert for updates!

Ah okay. Are those posted somewhere on the Simplifi app, so I know to look in that spot in the future?

@asheroto, you can access the Community from the Quicken Simplifi Mobile and Web Apps, which is where all of the Alerts are posted.
You can follow these sections to receive updates when new alerts are posted:
I hope this helps!

Got it, thanks!
In the Simplifi web app / mobile app, you might consider putting a "Status" / "Known Bugs" / "Alerts" section easily linkable from there. That way if someone were to look for a list of existing issues they could easily see and access it. 😊 This is common amongst other apps so I think it would naturally blend in well to Simplifi.
