Match Pending Manual Transaction to Downloaded Transaction
I wrote a ck and manually added - 3 weeks later that person cashed the ck - it has been downloaded into my account - but the transaction I posted still shows as pending. I know I can delete that I add the info from the one downloaded … BUT … surely I should be able to just match the transactions - No?

Normally, if I enter my checks in advance in Simplifi, the transactions will be matched. However, if the match does not happen automatically, you can merge the transactions in the web app. More info below.

I've found that since i started using the Check # field when entering checks manually, they are much more likely to get matched with the downloaded transaction once the check is deposited. (I do usually go and change the transaction date back to what it was on the manual transaction, since I want to count the payment in the correct month's spending plan.)
