Notifications toggles could be improved

First of all, just want to say thank you so much for the greatly improved notifications settings. This is an absolute game changer for the customizability and functionality of the app.

With that in mind, I wanted to suggest a few improvements / considerations for the product team.

  • First, the text for the "In app" toggle is cut off on my screen (Windows 11 22631.4037, Microsoft Edge 128.0.2739.63, using both horizontal and vertical tabs in Microsoft Edge) such that I can only see the icon and "In a…".
  • Additionally, it was a bit confusing for me the first time to understand what the individual buttons were. I figured it out by scrolling down to see that they were toggles for each notification method, but there may be some way of improving this like a little description at the top or a hover text when hovering over each option.
  • Finally, the color contrast between turned on and turned off could be greatly improved. For example, in the picture above, the difference between "Push" notifications being turned on for Bank fee but turned off for Bill paid is not visually distinct enough to see the difference "at a glance". It may be worth considering going with something a bit more visually separate like purple and green or even blue and purple.

    Hello @molehill6804,

    Thanks for the feedback! I did notice the cut-off "In app" toggle as well in my own Quicken Simplifi. I went ahead and forwarded this to my product team as it did not used to be this way. As for your remaining suggestions, I would suggest creating a few idea posts outlining what you want for notifications in Quicken Simplifi. This way other users would be able to vote for those ideas!

    Hello @mblank78,

    I have an update on the status of the "In app" notification toggle text issue. A fix is set to be released in an upcoming version of Quicken Simplifi's web application. The version will be Simplifi Web 4.28.0. Be sure to let us know if the issue is still occurring once that version rolls around!
