Unable to add Fremont Bank account (error FDP-106)
I am unable to add my account at Fremont Bank (addint the account for the first time). I get all the way through requesting a code from my bank, entering the code, getting a confirmation email from my bank, but then an error message from Simplifi.
I have a checking account with Fremont Bank (Fremont Bank does offer mortgages, but I just have a regular checking acct. I do not know of any changes to the bank's login process lately and I have definitely had activity on the account in the last 90 days.

@EllieSchuh, thanks for reaching out to the Community!
Since you have a checking account with Fremont Bank and not a mortgage account, and the only option I'm seeing in Quicken Simplifi is specifically listed as "Fremont Bank - Mortgage", let's do some testing to determine the path we should take. Please click on the URL displayed in Quicken Simplifi for Fremont Bank - Mortgage to see if you're able to sign into the new tab that opens for the bank's website:
Let us know how it goes, please!

Yes, the URL in Simplifi is the correct URL for Fremont Bank, it directs to a landing page with a login button. The button opens a modal that allows logging into personal or business accounts (mine is a personal account). I do have both a checking account and a mortgage account with this bank, and the login entry point is the same:

@EllieSchuh, thanks for giving that a try and confirming!
Please provide the following data so we can get an escalation submitted for you:
- The name of the account(s), as it appears on the bank's website.
- What type of account are you attempting to connect (checking, mortgage, or both)?
- Has there been any changes made to the bank's website or the sign-in process recently?
- Has there been any activity in the account(s) in the last 90 days?
- A screenshot of the Accounts Summary page from the bank's website that lists all accounts and balances (feel free to redact any personal info) and has a wide enough scope to show the page URL (this must be taken from a web browser and not a mobile browser).
Please also submit your logs via the 'Send Feedback' option:
- Log into the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
- Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
- With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback.
- Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.

- Account name: Cornerstone Checking
- I'm primarily interested in linking my checking account, if the HELOC account also syncs that's a plus, but I'm primarily interested in linking my checking account
- Changes to the website: Not that I know of
- Activity on the acct: Yes
- This is a screenshot of the accounts summary page. I have redacted my full name, account number and balances
- I submitted Logs on the website: report created - reference id 449950810476368384

@EllieSchuh, thank you for your patience as this was being researched!
We heard back from our service provider and they confirmed that the bank option for Fremont Bank in Quicken Simplifi is just for Mortgage accounts. Since there isn't a non-mortgage option, you will instead want to submit a request for a regular Fremont Bank instance for Checking accounts. I see that the regular option is in Quicken for Mac, so I'm not sure why it didn't make it to Quicken Simplifi, but making the request is the best way to go about getting it added. You can either do that from within Quicken Simplifi, or here in the Community.
Sorry for not having better news, but I hope this helps!
