Fidelity Accounts - Finicity Transaction download
Ok, so it's been a month since I've been able to download any transactions from Fidelity. I had to dig through the posts to find a workaround via Finicity, but the workaround doesn't include transactions??? A quick check of Avoya's dev site shows they have API support for transactions.
Anyone know if this is going to be fixed soon? We're paying for a subscription that once included this feature and now it's not available. Maybe those in the community affected by this should ask to receive a credit for each month it's not working??

Hello @JimM,
Unfortunately, when we looked into this issue a couple months ago, we were informed that the connection does not support transaction downloads:
Thank you!

Ok, maybe the connection you are provided doesn't support them, but the transaction API is clearly outlined in their developer documentation.
So, it's been one month since I've been able to connect to my Fidelity checking account (and all my others) and get transaction data. When paying a monthly/yearly subscription, we should as customers expect a timely resolution.
Can you tell us if this will be resolved soon? Other financial tools are not experiencing this problem based on my research, so without any assurances this will be handled with priority, it would be necessary to leave this platform and move on.

@JimM, thanks for the reply!
As far as I know, the transaction limitation is on Fidelity's end. You can contact Fidelity regarding this; their contact info is listed here:
Sorry for not having a better answer, but I hope this helps!
