Citi Cards (Home Depot and Shell) FDP-102

My Home Depot and Shell (both Citi) stop updating every few days with error code FDP-102. I just tried reconnecting Home Depot, and it zeroed the account out and removed transactions.

@damnedxer, thanks for posting to the Community!

FDP-102 errors indicate that the bank is temporarily throttling or blocking connection traffic, and they typically clear up on their own within 24-48 hours. However, reconnecting an account should never remove transactions. Did you try signing out and back into Quicken Simplifi to see if the missing transactions re-appear? Also, can you provide more insight on the missing transactions, please? Was it specific transactions, a certain date range, or is the register now completely empty?

For the 102 error, you can follow these steps to establish a completely fresh connection with the bank to see if that helps moving forward, however, I'd also recommend updating your Citi Card accounts outside of peak hours to avoid throttling:

    1. Make the accounts manual by following the steps here.
    2. Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
    3. If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.

Please let us know so we can best assist!
