Ability to adjust transaction "Row Height" in Reports, Watchlists, and the Spending Plan (edited)

The main transaction list and the Investment transaction list allows the user to change the "Row Height" of the list to "Tight", which is much appreciated. However, other transaction lists such as Spending Plan and Reporting always default to wider spacing. It would be nice to have either a universal setting, or be able to set the spacing on every transaction listing so that all lists can be set to a desired spacing.

With the Enhanced Reports currently in Early Access, we have added "Row height" options to reports!

If you'd like to see this ability added to the Transaction Activity areas of Watchlists or the Spending Plan, please create a separate Idea post for each one so we can gauge how many users would like to see this change made in the other locations, and why.
