Spending Plan showing transactions that are marked as "excludedFromSpendingPlan"

The "Other Transactions" tab is by default showing items marked as "Excluded from Spending Plan" and "Exclude from Reports"

If an item is marked as excluded from the plan, then it should not show here up at all and only in the overall transactions list where the user can mark it appropriate if they do want to show up. The fix to this is to create a filter, but as filters are not persistent then it is not a good workflow to do this every time.

Since the Spending Plan is designed to show excluded transactions but have them greyed out, it looks like what you're seeing is intended behavior. With that, we have an Idea post that I'd definitely suggest adding your vote and feedback to!
