Cannot connect to Columbia threadneedle. Fdp 105. Known issue? ETA for restoration?

An FDP-105 error indicates that a specific bank is blocking connection traffic. They usually clear up within 48 hours, though I see that you've been receiving the error for several days when viewing your connection attempts from our end. To clarify, is the error happening on an existing account in Quicken Simplifi, or have you been receiving it since first connecting to the bank?

it had been on an existing account, but given trouble for a week or two, I deleted the account and tried to log in creating a new account.
