Zero balance on Checking & Savings accounts

I have checking and savings accounts with the same financial institution. The transaction data is complete and accurate, but both accounts show a zero balance in Simplifi. The balances are correct on the financial institution's website. Besides being wrong, the zero balance is preventing me from contributing to savings goals.

Please help!

    I returned to Simplifi later in the day and this problem had cleared up on its own.
