Releasing unused funds does not work on web browser but does work on the app.

Hi,

At the end of the month Simplifi is telling me to release unused funds. However when I'm on the web browser no matter how many times I try releasing them it doesn't work or it only does it partially at first. Then I just go to the mobile app and it works just fine and even updates on the web browser instantly. I'm using Firefox for my browser and the app is on my iPhone.

@Investor3000 I assume that after you released the unused funds on the app, it then showed up correctly on the web? If not, did you sign in and sign out of the web app? Clear cookies and data in Firefox? Have you tried it in another web browser? Chrome or Edge are good choices. Another technique is to use the browser in privacy mode. Good luck.
